my forehead is peeling.
the same goes for my nose.
just the the ground cracking apart during an earthquake.
due to the sun burn of course. LOL.

went to train AC today.
finished with TOC, so glad that i actually can manage to finish TOC.
ohgosh, for those that doesn't know, i HATE TOC.
lol, with the help of Kahmeng! too.
finally see some improvement for first aid cases...
then, i bought a Bleach poker too! :D


A leader must be like an eagle,
he must have the vision.
He must be able to scan the field for opportunities and spot it.
Then, he must shape it to his advantage.

A leader must be like a wolf leading his pack.
He must mobilise his people, motivate them and manage talents to achieve the best result.

In dealing with threats and enemies,
a lion is what a leader should emulate.
He must be ready to embrace the problem before engaging them.
As always,
he must erode them.

As cool as a lizard, is what every leader should strive to be.
He should cultivate a personality that endears to his people,
he should set the pace for his team,
and have passion for their cause and team.

Learn to be like the eagle, the wolf, the lion, and the lizard.
